The alarm bells are ringing again for Australia's $17 billion international education sector. For the seventh month in a row the number of international students commencing English courses in Australia has declined.
Industry leaders say while negative publicity about college closures is partly to blame. But it is Government uncertainty about immigration policy which is actually driving students away.
